Attendance Instructions
To ensure the successful completion of the academic program, students must maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Leave Permission: Students must obtain prior permission from the teacher before missing a class. If prior permission is not possible due to unavoidable circumstances, a leave application must be submitted to the class teacher on the same day or latest by the next day.

Parental Approval: All leave applications must be signed by the parents.

Medical Leave: Leave on medical grounds must be accompanied by an authentic medical certificate.

Infectious Diseases: Students suffering from infectious diseases are not permitted to attend classes or appear for examinations.

Minimum Attendance Requirement: A student must have at least 75% attendance (including attendance from a previous school if admitted on transfer) to be eligible for the Annual Examination.

Unapproved Absence: If a student is absent for ten consecutive days without submitting a leave application, their name will be removed from the school register.
